Custom Any Complete Bikes & Parts for Your Project
HKM Corporation is fully capable of customizing any bike through our manufacturing services. We can manufacture according to your specific design, frame type, size, paint, decals, assembly method, etc. The three assembly methods are accepted.
- For completely knocked down (CKD), we configure all the parts and the customer goes to the country to assemble it himself. Suitable for bicycle brands and wholesalers.
- For semi-knocked down (SKD, 45% and 85%), we assemble main part of it and the customer assembles part of it themselves. Applicable to bicycle brands and dealers.
- For Fully assembled (SKD, 95%), the customer only needs to assemble the pedals, handlebar saddle, and we assemble everything else. Suitable for bicycle retailers and wholesalers.

For different products, the MOQ is different based on your requirements, and if we have stock 1-3carton is ok.
HKM’s average production time for bulk orders is 25 to 35 days, with parts in stock ready to ship.
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
A free sample is acceptable, but the delivery expense should be discussed.
